EXCHANGES: Size changes must be done before the your order ships. 

Damaged / Wrong Items / No Arrival 

If you order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all please contact us at animesgalorestore@gmail.com within a week of delivery. please make sure to included photos and order number with the email and I will do my best to help remedy the issue.
