Returns and refunds
Free returns for 15 days after delivery (US only). If it isn't right, send it back unworn with the tags on. In the US, we pay for the return label. Outside the US, you pay for return shipping.
How to start a return
- Email animesgalorestore@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number.
- We reply with where to send it, and a prepaid return label if you're in the US.
- Once it's back unworn with the tags on, we refund you to your original payment method.
Size changes
Size changes must be made before your order ships.
Damaged, wrong, or never arrived
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email animesgalorestore@gmail.com within a week of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll help fix it.
If your order never arrives, you get a full refund, including shipping.
